Welcome to EduSuite. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Cascod Innovations's Application and Web Portal.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the EduSuite ERP system, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use EduSuite if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must immediately notify the school administration of any unauthorized use of your account.

EduSuite operates securely with 2FA and encryption, but we are not liable for losses caused by compromised user passwords.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

EduSuite is provided as a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform to educational institutions. Pricing is determined on a per-student, per-year basis.

Fee collections processed through the EduSuite Smart QR System are transferred directly to the institution's bank account. Cascod Innovations does not hold student fee funds and does not charge any hidden payment gateway fees for direct UPI payments.

4. Prohibited Activities

When using our system, you agree not to:

Attempt to reverse compile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise reduce to human-perceivable form all or any part of the software.
Use the platform in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the platform or impairment of the availability or accessibility of EduSuite.
Use the platform to store or transmit malicious code, viruses, or illegal content.

5. Data Privacy

Your use of EduSuite is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Institutions retain full ownership of their academic and operational data stored on our cloud servers.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in fraudulent activities, without prior notice or liability.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kasaragod, Kerala.
