1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, subscribing to, or using the EduSuite Enterprise ERP Software, Progressive Web Application (PWA), or mobile applications ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an educational institution, school, or college, you represent that you have the authority to bind such institution.
2. License & Access Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment of applicable subscription fees, EduSuite grants your institution a non-exclusive, non-transferable, cloud-hosted license to access and operate the software modules for internal administrative, academic, and accounting purposes.
3. Institution & Student Data Ownership
Your Data Remains 100% Yours: All student records, attendance logs, academic assessments, fee transactions, and administrative data uploaded to EduSuite belong exclusively to your institution. EduSuite acts solely as a secure data processor and will never sell, share, or monetize institutional data.
4. Data Security & Backups
EduSuite employs AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit, multi-tenant database isolation, and automated cloud snapshots. While we maintain rigorous enterprise security standards, institutions are responsible for safeguarding admin and staff user credentials and configuring Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) appropriately.
5. Service Availability & SLA
We strive for 99.9% platform uptime across our global CDN and cloud infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance to institutional administrators via the communication dashboard.
6. Subscription & Fee Payments
Subscription charges are billed as per your agreed pricing plan (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise). EduSuite charges 0% payment gateway fees on direct UPI fee collections between parents and the school bank account.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EduSuite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of software interruptions or internet connectivity issues outside our infrastructure.
